n-Ether EARLY STRENGTH is an innovative PCE specifically designed to minimize the duration of dispersion after its addition to the concrete mix. Compared to our other products, It shows quicker dispersion and excellent results for early strength without setting time delay. This product is carefully designed for its application in Precast concrete, Dams, Bridges, Roads, Super sky scrapers where Time is Money. It gives excellent initial Water Reduction and workability thereby imparting early strength. Pair it with our n-Ether SR products for better results.

Recommended dosage and use

Typical dosage is from 0.4% to 1.4% of the cementitious part. Dosage can be adjusted to meet the mix design requirements or to meet the specific job conditions. Trial concrete mixes must be carried out to determine the appropriate dosage.

Compatibility

n-Ether EARLY STRENGTH is compatible with all other PCE products and Ligno based Plasticizers. Not compatible with SMF/SNF based Plasticizers.
