WR and ES offer 35 – 40% water reduction approximately.
WR = 1-2 hrs; SR = 2-3 hrs; SSR = 4-5 hrs round about.
Hybrid PCE offers both WR and SR properties in moderate quantities. It reduces water upto 20% and maintains the workability of concrete for around 2 hours.
Dosage of PCE depends on several factors such as the concrete mix design and more importantly weather conditions like humidity and temperature. Our prescribed dosage ranges between 0.4% to 1.4%.
The grades of PCE differ in the amount of water they reduce and retention they offer. Ultra>Plus>Basic.
